Blurb.com
I have officially started the process of converting my original blog to a book and I am super excited. I am using Blurb and so far am a little overwhelmed. I do wish I had someone at my side that has done it before to guide me through the beginning stages but I suppose I will eventually figure it out. So far, it's really fun to go through my oldest posts and sadly be reminded of fine details I have already forgotten! :( A prime example why journal keeping is so precious. The sooner you document your thoughts and experiences the better. I loved to keep a journal when I was younger and desire to keep a formal one now (instead I have the blog for major events.), deep feelings need a proper place as well. I think it's important for your decendents to know the good times and the hard times that shaped your life so I take great pride in writing my feelings down, hoping my children and etc will be interested in it one day. :) Wish me luck on the rest of my blog to book journey. he he he

I just did the same thing! It is completely overwhelming when you start, but it really is worth it. I just got my finished book last week and it is my newest obsession! Claire loves flipping through the pages to see herself on the pages. If I still lived in Tennessee we would have a Blurb party and I would help you out! Now I upload all my posts to my new book at the end of each week so that in a year all I have to do is print the book rather then try to tackle all of the posts and pictures at once. Also, if you enter the promo code NEWBLURB you get 20% off (I think it took $19 off my total) Hang in there! You can do it!
I used blurb to do Alaina's first year book. I LOVED it and decided that's how I'm doing my scrapbooks from now on. Let me know if you have any questions!
I've made 2 blog books with them, I love them! Everyone that sees them loves them too. Have fun!
